Susan Vivian Mangold is Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of Juvenile Law Center and a Professor Emeritus at University at Buffalo School of Law, where she taught for over 20 years and served as Vice Dean for Academics. Mangold was also Chair of the University-wide Strategic Strength in Civic Engagement and Public Policy, and brings her expertise in community-based research to Juvenile Law Center.

Marsha Levick co-founded Juvenile Law Center in 1975. Throughout her legal career, Levick has been an advocate for children’s and women's rights and is a nationally recognized expert in juvenile law.

Riya Saha Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of Juvenile Law Center. Riya began her career at Juvenile Law Center in 2005 as a Sol and Helen Zubrow Fellow in Children’s Law. Formerly a Senior Managing Director, Riya continues to serve on the organization’s Management Team and is a leader in Juvenile Law Center’s programmatic justice work. Since the beginning of her legal career, Riya has engaged in litigation, policy advocacy, and amicus efforts to reduce the harm of the juvenile and criminal legal system.

As the Senior Manager, Youth Partnerships, Cathy manages the youth fellowship program and develops measures for youth and community partner collaboration alongside staff. Additionally, Cathy provides technical assistance to external partners about youth-led advocacy guiding principles and efforts.

Andrew Keats is a Senior Attorney with Juvenile Law Center, currently focused on litigation and amicus advocacy to prevent young people from being tried as adults in the criminal legal system and preventing those who are tried as adults from receiving the state’s harshest punishments while being afforded a meaningful opportunity for release. Throughout his career at Juvenile Law Center, Andrew has consistently advocated for ending record-based discrimination through research, writing, and speaking engagements on the importance of confidentiality and expungement laws to protect youth with juvenile records. Andrew was also previously engaged in policy advocacy efforts to eliminate fines and fees from the juvenile legal system.
