Political Cartoon: Glen Mills Clean Up

Who will reform the Glen Mills reform school? According to the Juvenile Law Center’s investigation, sparked by an Inquirer investigation of the facility has found that those in charge, from Harrisburg to the school’s administration, aren’t up to the job. It would be a tragedy to lose what could be an oasis for court-adjudicated kids coming from tough backgrounds who need a chance for an education and job training on a healthy, beautiful campus.
