Bill Helping Foster Children Go to College Sign into Law
A bill helping foster youth get a higher education has been signed into law. We told you about the tuition waiver bill in our Project PA: Children in Crisis series. It means people ages 16 to 23, who are eligible, will be able to go to college for free, beginning in 2020.
Officials say they're still working on how it will be implemented.
