Medicaid to 26: Iowa

To apply online, visit the DHS website at www.dhs.iowa.gov or at https://dhsservices.iowa.gov/apspssp/ssp.portal  and click on "Apply for Benefits."

To apply in person, by mail, by e-mail, or fax, submit an application to a Department office. Applications are available in both English and Spanish.
