Juvenile Court judge honored with national award

"Clayton County Juvenile Court Judge Steven Teske has been announced as one of the recipient’s of this year’s Leadership Prize awarded by the Juvenile Law Center, the oldest public interest law firm for children in the country.

The work of these award recipients has substantially improved the lives of the country’s most vulnerable youth, the Juvenile Law Center stated in a press release. Two other prize winners were announced Thursday: Francis “Frankie” V. Guzman, Juvenile Justice Attorney at the National Center for Youth Law in Oakland, Calif., and Teen Vogue, the publishers of Kids Incarcerated, a series on incarcerated youth."
