COVID-19 Planning Tool for Transition-Aged Youth in Foster Care in PA

This is an emergency planning tool for transition-aged youth in foster care in Pennsylvania during the COVID-19 crisis. Juvenile Law Center adapted a similar tool created by Youth Law Center in California to make it geographically specific to Pennsylvania.  We encourage child welfare professionals and advocates to use this planning tool with young people to help make sure their needs are met during the COVID-19 crisis.
