Kauthar Rahman, MBA
Kauthar Rahman joined Juvenile Law Center in 2016. As Chief Operating Officer, Rahman works to ensure financially sound and efficient business practices and an operations infrastructure that supports Juvenile Law Center in vigorously pursuing its mission. Rahman directs all day-to-day business operations through the design and implementation of best practices and strategic planning. She oversees all financial management, and is responsible for the organization’s administration, technology, human resources, risk management, facilities and other strategic business investments and operations.
Rahman brings comprehensive experience and leadership in nonprofit management, having previously held essential operations roles with the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Faces and Voices of Recovery Greenville, and the American Red Cross. Rahman is a graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her B.A. in English and worked as a Frederick Douglass Scholars Fellow. Rahman earned her MBA from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA.
