Jennifer K. Pokempner, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Ms. Pokempner is a Senior Attorney at Juvenile Law Center. Her work focuses on improving outcomes and opportunities for older youth in the foster care system through policy and legal advocacy at the local, state, and national levels.

Ms. Pokempner co-chairs the Legislative Committee of Children’s Rights Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is also an adjunct professor at University of Pennsylvania and Temple Law Schools.
