We believe children and youth should have the right to an attorney. Right to counsel ensures children's rights are protected and that their voices are heard in court proceedings with significant impact on young people's lives. We support the efforts of advocates in Florida to pass a Constitutional Amendment to secure this right to counsel in the state Constitution.

If you support this Amendment, call the Florida Constitution Revision Committee. Please help make these calls! You do not have to live in Florida to speak up and make a difference for youth in the child welfare system in Florida. Thank you!
