Services: WIC is free nutrition program for pregnant women, Breastfeeding up to 12 months postpartum, Non-breastfeeding women up to 6 months postpartum, Children up to 5 years of age; provides free healthy food, nutrition information, breastfeeding support and referrals to other health and social agencies.

Services: Healthy Beginnings Plus is Pennsylvania’s effort to assist low-income, pregnant women who are eligible for Medical Assistance in having a positive prenatal care experience

Services:

The Pennsylvania Early Intervention program provides support and services to families with children, from birth to age five, with developmental delays and disabilities. Early Intervention builds upon the natural learning opportunities that occur within the daily routines of a child and their family.

Services: Provides information for parents on child development, dealing with challenging behaviors, choosing a child care/early learning program, child care/early learning assistance, and family food programs.
