Project Peace / Teen Mother Support Program at Pathways PA,

Provide individual case managers for pregnant and parenting teens to assist in obtaining medical coverage, welfare benefits, housing resources, and education. Parenting classes at the Family School and the AIC Center (provide SEPTA tokens and on-site child care).

Eligibility

Girls (and occasionally boys) age 13-21 who are Philadelphia residents. Case management services are only for non-DHS involved individuals.
