LifePath, Inc.

Services: Services for individuals with developmental disabilities including residential programs, day programs and outpatient psychiatric services. Residential services include Community homes (for residents from Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton counties), Lifesharing, Supported Living and In Home Support

Cradle Of Hope

Services: Cradle of Hope is a home for single mothers and children which offers housing and support services. The residents follow a family centered program in which they are required to plan and cook meals, do chores and pay rent. They also attend workshops, Bible study and counseling. The goal is to enable mothers to get full-time employment and permanent housĀ­ing.

ACLAMO - Pottstown

Services: Latin American Action Committee of Montgomery County (ACLAMO) is a nonprofit organization aiding low income families, especially families in the Latino community, providing educational, vocational, housing and family services. Educational services include ESL classes, Adult Basic Education and GED Preparation for young adults and start programs for younger children. Family services include childcare, health literacy and more.

Hedwig House, Inc.

Services: Social, residential, and vocational rehabilitation for persons recovering from mental illness. Services include housing programs, employment support, peer support, socialization and community integration. Hedwig House operates four clubhouses which provide a place for Members to meet, engaged, learn and practice skills, and socialize with friends.

Interfaith Hospitality Network Of The Main Line

Services: Self-sufficency program for homeless persons 21 and over. Provides temporary housing, meals and support services to homeless families in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Services include GED Preparation, transitional housing services and employment training.

Community Housing Services

Services: Provides housing assistance to low income persons and victims of domestic violence. Transitional housing, information service, occasional (emergency) financial assistance.

Valley Youth House: Housing 101 Program

Services: The Housing 101 Program is a supportive housing program for former Montgomery County foster care youth. The goal of the Housing 101 Program is to provide former foster care youth the opportunity to pursue higher education and career aspirations while learning independent living skills, becoming connected to the community, and living in safe, stable, affordable housing.

National Runaway Switchboard

Services: Toll-free, nationwide hot-line for runaways and troubled youth. Provides information and referral for shelter, counseling, medical and legal services and transportation back home.
