Burrowes Street Youth Haven

Services: The Burrowes Street Youth Haven is a voluntary shelter housing homeless, runaways or at-risk youth for a maximum of 15 days. Services include 24 hour hotline assistance for youth and their families, assistance with immediate crisis needs such as food, shelter and clothing, therapeutic shelter care for youth, drop in care, including counseling, snacks and activities, individual, group and family counseling.

The Men's Center at American Rescue Workers

Services: The Men's Center at American Rescue Workers offer home atmosphere, work therapy, counseling and spiritual enrichment to those who may be homeless, displaced or disadvantaged. Housing services include Emergency Transient Lodging (seven nights of lodging, a clean change of clothes and 3 hot meals each day) and Men's Center Program (shelter, clean clothing, personal items, 3 hot meals, 40 hour per week work therapy routine for 90 days to 9 months)

Hilton Safe House at Clinton County Women's Center

Services: The Clinton County Women's Center provides services to all victims of domestic or sexual violence. Services include crisis intervention, counseling and supportive services, 24 hour hotline, legal, medial and youth advocacy, community/school education and training and shelter.

Lycoming-Clinton Coutnies Commission for Community Action, Inc.

Services: STEP, Inc. provides services related to Child Development and Early Learning Services, Housing Options, Assistance with Maintaining Independence, Workforce Development and Employment, and Community Collaboration. Housing Initiatives include Weatherization, Housing, Homeownership Counseling, Homes in Need- Flood Recovery Program and more.

Hope Enterprises

Services: Services for individuals with developmental disabilities including supportive vocational programs, residential programs (including life sharing, group homes, and in-home supports), and adult day services.

Community Services Group

Services: Services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses including residential services, employment services, adult day programs, outpatient treatment, peer support, and psychiatric rehabilitation. Residential services include Community Residential Rehabilitation, Enhanced Personal Care Home, Supported Housing and Long Term Structured Residence

Works to provide affordable homeownership and rental apartment options for older adults, low- and moderate-income families, and people with special housing needs. 

Direct VA Loans

Services: Supports veterans in utilizing their entitlement to veteran and active duty benefits for VA home loans as well as other government-backed mortgage programs.

Homeowners' Emergency Mortage Assistance Program

Services: HEMAP is a loan program assisting in foreclosure prevention and mortgage assistance.

National Runaway Switchboard

Services: Toll-free, nationwide hot-line for runaways and troubled youth. Provides information and referral for shelter, counseling, medical and legal services and transportation back home. The hot-line also provides a personal and confidential message relay service between runaways and their families.
