Co-Mans Inc.

Services: Provides residential services for persons diagnosed with chronic mental illness. Programs assist individuals in the areas of daily living, vocational development, managing the symptoms of their illness, and preparing for independent living in the community.

Housing Discrimination Hotline at HUD Regional Office - Philadelphia

Services: Hotline service for individuals to report incidences of housing discrimination.

Doylestown Food Pantry at Bucks County Housing Group

Services: Wednes. 5:30-8:00pm, Thurs. 10:30am-1:30pm

USDA Rural Home Ownership Program

Services: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Guaranteed Rural Home Loans are creating homeownership opportunities throughout Pennsylvania with no-money-down financing in rural communities and areas just outside of major metro areas.

PHFA Homeowner Emergency Mortage Assistance Program

Services:

Works to provide affordable homeownership and rental apartment options for older adults, low- and moderate-income families, and people with special housing needs. 

VA Guaranty Mortgage Loan

Services: Supports veterans in utilizing their entitlement to veteran and active duty benefits for VA home loans as well as other government-backed mortgage programs.

Bucks County Opportunity Council, Inc.

Services: Provides services related to slef-sufficiency, food assistance, tax preparation, and financial education.

Valley Youth House: SYNERGY PROJECT

Services: Offers assistance for runaway, homeless, nomadic & street youth- this program can connect youth with shelters/housing or help youth with basic necessities (such as food and clothing). Youth in need should call the hotline number to speak with staff who can help them.

Shelter Aid Hotline

Services: Offers referrals to shelter services in your area.

Our Village Of Hope at Penn Foundation Behavioral Health Services

Services: Substance abuse and mental health treatment for homeless adults. Residential setting. Can stay for up to 2 years.

Bucks County Housing Group

Services: Homeless shelter for women 18 years and older with children. Also, has shelter for men, women, and children. Bridge and transitional housing (12-24 months). Families in school/ training program. First time home buyers program as well as low income housing.

Valley Youth House: Bucks County Shelter

Services: The shelter also serves runaway and homeless youth ages 12-17. The 12-bed shelter provides the unique capacity to serve child and adolescent sibling groups while working toward family reunification or longer term residential care.

Salvation Army

Services: Shelter for families with children under 18.

A Woman's Place

Services: Services for victims of domestic violence: emergency shelter, counseling, court accompaniment, advocacy, referrals, children's programs.

National Runaway Switchboard

Services: Toll-free, nationwide hot-line for runaways and troubled youth. Provides information and referral for shelter, counseling, medical and legal services and transportation back home. The hot-line also provides a personal and confidential message relay service between runaways and their families.

Valley Youth House: Supportive Housing Program

Services: The Supportive Housing Program (SHP) provides scattered-site, individual apartments for homeless youth ages 18-21. Participants receive support in developing and implementing an individual goal plan focusing on education, employment, and life skills goals.
