Services: Variety of classes to help prepare parents and family members for the arrival of a new baby

Services: Provides day-care/preschool centers, summer school programs,migrant tutorial public school intervention, adult literacy, adult basic education, General Education Diploma, English as a Second Language, and employment training serving the child as well as the parent.

Services: A faith-based home for pregnant teens or teens with a new baby.

Services: Specialized services provided to families in York and Adams Counties with young children (ages birth to three years) who have or are at risk for developmental delay. Early Intervention Services are completely free for eligible young children and their families.

Services: Art and play therapy services for children, clothing bank.

Services: Healthy Beginnings Plus is Pennsylvania’s effort to assist low-income, pregnant women who are eligible for Medical Assistance in having a positive prenatal care experience

Services:

The Pennsylvania Early Intervention program provides support and services to families with children, from birth to age five, with developmental delays and disabilities. Early Intervention builds upon the natural learning opportunities that occur within the daily routines of a child and their family.

Services: Provides information for parents on child development, dealing with challenging behaviors, choosing a child care/early learning program, child care/early learning assistance, and family food programs.
