Provides day-care/preschool centers, summer school programs,migrant tutorial public school intervention, adult literacy, adult basic education, General Education Diploma, English as a Second Language, and employment training serving the child as well as the parent.
York/Adams Early Intervention Services
Specialized services provided to families in York and Adams Counties with young children (ages birth to three years) who have or are at risk for developmental delay. Early Intervention Services are completely free for eligible young children and their families.

Provides information for parents on child development, dealing with challenging behaviors, choosing a child care/early learning program, child care/early learning assistance, and family food programs.
