Services: Resource database that that empowers PA families of children with special needs by linking them to support and information.

Community Action Partnership of Cambria County

Services: Provides services related to Drug and Alcohol Prevention,Employment and Training,Head Start, Weatherization, and Women, Infants and Children

Services: Local office where individuals can apply for Social Security benefits (including Retirement, Disability or Spouse

Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services- Altoona Office

Services: Provides services to to assist Pennsylvanians who are blind or visually impaired gain the skills necessary to live and work independently in their communities.

Bureau of Autism Services

Services: A Department within DPW (Department of Public Welfare) specifically addressing the needs, issues and concerns of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Pennsylvania. Provide information on available services and waiver funding.

Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC)

Services: Offers services for individuals with mental retardation and their families.

Cambria Residential Services

Services: Residential services for individuals with mental health diagnoses or mental retardation. Services include community residential mental retardation services, family living services, community residential mental health services and social rehabilitation mental health services.

Hiram G. Andrews Center

Services: The Hiram G. Andrews Center is a comprehensive facility offering rehabilitative, educational, vocational, life management, and counseling services. Students who have passed the age of compulsory school attendance and can benefit from training received at HGAC may enroll in continuing education.

Ebensburg Center

Services: Provides services for the mentally challenged, educational facilities, recreational activities, vocational training, and all other aspects of daily living.

Services: Services for individuals with disabilities including peer counseling, advocacy, independent living skills training, and information/referral services.

Services: Services for individuals with disabiliites: provides residential, community, behavioral health services, and employment services, where participants develop and pursue career goals.

Office Of Vocational Rehabilitation

Services: Provides assistance with obtaining and maintaining employment to individuals with disabilities.

Services: Post-secondary educations for youth with disabilities. Variety of degree programs in an accessible facility that offers comprehensive supportive services.

Services: Statewide hotline referral service designed to serve families of children with chronic health of disabling conditions.

Disability Rights Network Of Pennsylvania

Services: Provide legal consultation and representation for individuals with disabilities and their families who are facing discrimination on the basis of disability and access to needed services. Also provide information and referral and technical assistance to Pennsylvania residents with any disability issue.

Developmental Disabilities Advocacy Network

Services:

Protects legal rights of the handicapped; provides information on disability programs and services in communities nationwide.
