Altoona Rescue Mission

Services: Provides housing and meals at no cost, length of stay is flexible. Walk-ins are welcome.

Altoona Food Bank, Inc

Services: A maximum of three days food supply is provided free of charge to residents of Blair County who are in need.

Services: Provides free food and clothing to those in need.

Services: Free Pregnancy Testing, 1-1 Counseling, Maternity and Baby Clothes, Support during pregnancy.

Food Stamp Hotline at PA Hunger Action Center
