Thanking
Greenberg Traurig, LLP for sponsoring our Equal Justice Works Fellowship
Greenberg Traurig, LLP has sponsored attorney Kate Burdick as an Equal Justice Fellow at Juvenile Law Center. Thanks to this fellowship support, Kate has been able to spend significant time and focus addressing the widespread denial of education rights of youth in the foster care and juvenile justice systems by representing individual older youth in institutions; investigating systemic abuses at institutions and filing a lawsuit to remedy them; and training stakeholders locally and across the country.
