Supervising Attorney Jessica Feierman will present the panel "Transfer and the 'Adultification' of Juvenile Proceedings," whose objective is to provide context for the transfer of youth to criminal court by providing a brief history of the "adultification" of juvenile proceedings, including influential court cases such as Roper v. Simmons, Graham v. Florida, and J.D.B. v. North Carolina.
