Shannon L. C. Ammon, Esq.

As an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, Shannon L.C. Ammon focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Ms. Ammon has represented corporations, municipalities, and individuals in federal and state trial and appellate tribunals in a broad range of matters, from contract disputes to class actions alleging constitutional violations. She is an active member of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Ms. Ammon currently serves as the co-editor for the ABA Litigation Section’s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program Newsletter.

Prior to joining Schnader, Ms. Ammon served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to the Honorable Ivan D. Davis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Ammon earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor for the ABA’s Administrative Law Review.
